Terms of Service

Clear rules for your account and your games.

These terms govern games operated by Kangkoong Games and Kangkoong Member Area. Please read them before creating an account or using the services. Game-specific rules shown before a feature or event is used also apply. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights or grant consent for optional data processing.

1. Your account

Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, sell accounts, or use another person's account without authorization. Report suspected unauthorized access through our contact form. You are not automatically responsible for every action caused by a security breach outside your control.

A Kangkoong account can connect multiple games and Member Area. Sign-in options depend on the platform and provider availability. Follow applicable age requirements and obtain parent or guardian authorization where legally required. Store content ratings describe content suitability and do not replace legal requirements for accounts or purchases.

2. Playing fairly

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the games as intended. Do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair rewards, bypass authentication or payment checks, distribute malware, disrupt services, harass others, or post unlawful material. Report vulnerabilities without accessing other users' data. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Kangkoong and its licensors retain rights in the software, artwork, music, names, and other service content. Playing does not transfer those rights to you. You retain rights in material you create; do not submit material you lack permission to share.

3. Virtual items, currency, and payments

Virtual balances and items provide in-game uses described at the time of acquisition. They are not bank deposits or promises of investment returns, and these terms grant no right to exchange them for cash, cryptocurrency, or items in another game. Transfers are permitted only through an expressly supported feature.

Where purchases are enabled, the checkout must show the product and price before confirmation. Use the authorized payment channel; never pay an individual claiming to unlock your account. Refund requests follow the applicable store process and mandatory consumer law. Nothing here excludes a refund or remedy you are legally entitled to. Do not assume future purchases, subscriptions, or blockchain features are available merely because a currency name appears.

4. Rewards, energy, and game changes

Event eligibility, energy costs, recharge rules, and rewards are shown in the relevant game. Optional rewarded ads apply only when offered and successfully verified. We may correct proven duplicate or fraudulent grants and adjust game balance; changes must not remove mandatory consumer rights. We will explain material changes affecting paid entitlements through the relevant service.

Features can differ across games, devices, regions, and versions. Test builds may contain defects. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a planned feature will launch on a particular date. Local-only progress can be lost when device data is cleared; do not assume it is backed up online.

5. Restrictions and account deletion

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security threat, a breach of these terms, or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us to request review. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to protect users or services.

You can request account deletion (https://member.kangkoong.com/delete-account?lang=en)  at any time, subject to ownership verification. Deleting the shared Kangkoong account removes access to Member Area and connected games, with associated data handled under the Privacy Policy. This is not just deletion of one game's profile. It does not delete your personal Google account, automatically refund purchases, or automatically erase files on offline devices. Any separate store subscriptions must be managed through the store.

6. Problems and applicable rights

Contact us with the affected game, version, and a description of the problem so we can investigate. Avoid including sensitive credentials. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may use complaint, consumer protection, or dispute-resolution channels available where you live.

7. Updates to these terms

The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant service before taking effect where required. We will request agreement or consent separately when legally required. A policy update alone does not authorize new optional data processing. You can stop using the service and request deletion if you do not wish to continue.

Our Garage: Retro Racing

Android internal testing version 0.4.2 (version code 6). This section describes that build, not planned features or every Kangkoong game.

- Account: the game requires a Kangkoong account. Email, Google, and Kangkoong sign-in options depend on the account service and provider configuration. A visible button does not guarantee that a provider is available. Sign-in processes identity and session data; it does not read Gmail messages.
- Local gameplay: vehicles, tuning, race results, licenses, Story progress, daily rewards, race items, energy, balances, and settings are saved on your device under your account identifier. This build does not provide general cloud-save synchronization. Losing device data may lose progress.
- Ads and purchases: the AdMob SDK is omitted and rewarded ads are disabled. Google Play purchases are disabled; the presence of the Unity IAP package is not an active checkout. No ad viewing or paid top-up is available in this build. Gold is earned through gameplay. Diamond and KANG labels do not imply that purchasing, blockchain transfers, cash-out, or trading are active.
- Online features: this build does not offer an operational global leaderboard or online multiplayer service. Local race results are not automatically published to a global leaderboard.
- Permissions and deletion: racing and sign-in do not request microphone, camera, address-book, or precise GPS access. Privacy and account deletion links open the Member Area website. The shared account deletion scope and local-device limitations below apply.

Online account functions require the Member Area backend to be available. We will update this section and relevant in-app notices before activating additional data processing.
